We believe that breakfast should be available all day, only using fresh locally sourced ingredients, healthy cakes and nibbles that goes together with our coffee or tea.
On our Espresso Bar, we rely on the Italian made Nouva Simonnelli to provides the right pressure and heat for our espresso and at the same time a good steady steam for frothing our milk.
We have our based sourced from a micro roaster to create our signature ‘Whale” blend of Sumatra, Toraja and Bali beans as well as single origins that’s good for both espresso and espresso based milk coffee. It is our intention to work with so much roaster as we can and on rotation to feature their work as our “weekdend special”
Our to Pour Over Bar, we are using a V60 brewing method to deliver a tea like coffee with a wide spectrum of flavour and aroma.
We curate our Pour Over beans usually with our favourite Flores coffee or anything from Sumatera coffee. From time to time we managed to get a very special and limited coffee in our café.
We believe that tea should presented in loose leaf form sourced locally from the best producer. With the same passion as we crafted our coffee drinks.
