The fare embodies Chef Miles Belfield’s sensibility of keeping things soulful and crafty while paying homeage to Ubud’s surroundings. Food is thoughtful, produce sourced locally, and interpreted with nods to Asia while drinks are inspired by the through approach of the old world.
The kitchen is headed by chef Miles Belfield & Shima Drupadi. The Bar is manned by Pius Hademore Ebang.
